We offer regular cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, as well as window and balcony cleaning.
2. How is the cleaning cost calculated?
The price depends on the area, level of dirt, number of rooms, and additional services. We can provide the exact cost after a short questionnaire or by filling out the form on the website.
3. Do I need to be at home during cleaning?
No, your presence is not required. You can leave the keys in any convenient way.
4. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we arrive fully equipped. If you have preferences (hypoallergenic or eco-friendly products), just let us know in advance.
5. How long does cleaning take?
Regular cleaning usually takes 2–3 hours. Deep cleaning takes 4–7 hours. It all depends on the size and condition of the property.
6. Do you provide post-construction cleaning?
Yes. This is a more complex type of cleaning that includes removing construction dust, washing surfaces, windows, furniture, and the entire space.
7. What’s included in regular cleaning?
Vacuuming, wet floor cleaning, wiping accessible surfaces, and basic kitchen and bathroom cleaning.
8. Can I order additional services?
Of course! We can clean the oven, refrigerator, windows, inside cabinets, and much more. Just select these options when placing your order.
9. How do I pay?
You can pay in cash, by transfer, or to the individual entrepreneur’s bank account. We accept rubles, lari, and foreign currency.
10. Do you work on weekends and in the evenings?
Yes, we work 7 days a week and can arrange a time that suits you.
11. What if I’m not satisfied with something?
We are always ready to fix any issues. Just let us know and we’ll correct everything.
12. Do I need to prepare the apartment before cleaning?
It’s recommended to remove personal items from surfaces to speed up the process. We will take care of everything else.
